If the item you receive is defective and a replacement is available, you may return it for a replacement. The replacement will be shipped only after the defective item is returned. Return shipping fees will not be refunded. Replacement item will be shipped out at no charge.
If a replacement item is not available you may return the item. You will be refunded the full cost of the item along with the shipping charges. The cost to return the item back to us will be at the customer's expense and WILL NOT be refunded.
NO RMA NEEDED. All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and a completed Return and Exchange Form
