You may not have received your order yet
because:
- The address provided was incorrect or does
not match the billing address of the credit card- If this
occurs, we will either contact you through email or call the number provided
during checkout.
- Item is out of stock - If this occurs, we
will notify you via email or phone.
- The item is in transit - Most of the time,
your order has been
shipped but is in transit. Shipping times are approximate and may vary depending on location. Please allow a full two weeks for arrival.
*Please note that USPS First Class and Priority Mail orders do not have
tracking numbers*. We cannot provide a tracking number for your order if
it has been processed and shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
I checked the status of my order. Why is my order on hold?
-Orders are placed on hold when the billing address of the credit card is either not provided or does not match the billing address of the credit card used. Common reasons for billing address problems include a recent move, a corporate credit card, or multiple addresses. If your shipping address does not match the credit card billing address, please make sure to input all billing information correctly. Please Note: We verify the billing address to prevent credit card fraud. If you order is on hold due to a billing address problem please contact us via email
to verify your address.
Orders may also be placed on hold when items ordered are on backorder. You will be notified via email when your order is
on hold due to a backordered item.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
-You will automatically be sent a confirmation email when your order has been processed and shipped. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the link in the confirmation email. If you are a Yahoo! member you can also check on the status of your order by going to www.shopping.yahoo.com and click on Shopping Account.
When will my order arrive?
USPS First Class Mail - 3-5 days **APPROXIMATE** USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days **APPROXIMATE**
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 days if order placed before 2 p.m. EST
UPS Next Day Air - 1 day if order placed before 2 p.m. EST
What is my tracking number?
USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail do not have tracking numbers. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air have tracking numbers that are sent to you in the confirmation email. UPS orders can be tracked on the UPS website www.ups.com.
UPS tracking numbers can be tracked only after they are entered into the UPS
tracking system, usually at the end of the business day.
I got a confirmation email that my order has
been processed and shipped, but I still have not received my order. What's the
problem?

we have not contacted you by then, please verify the shipping address and
